In June 2005, the Ontario government took a strong stand on accessibility when it enacted the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). The Office of Francophone Affairs is determined to improve the accessibility of its facilities, services and events. Each year, it takes initiatives to increase access to its customer service, communications, job offers and facilities.
